For over two decades I have worked with leaders in both the private and public
sectors. I have helped clients build capacity as well as skills, cultivating the
mind sets, behaviors, relationships, and maturity to thrive through challenge and change.

People don't resist change. They resist being changed. To bring folks along, we need to first meet them where they are at. Integrating best practices in change management and coaching methodologies, we work with organizations to create both a compelling change strategy as well as pragmatic conditions to enable individuals and teams to engage proactively. Building on research on the power of coaching as an organizational change enabler, we partner with clients to provide coaching and consulting that drives mind set and real behavior change. And we do this with a compassionate ear and deep respect for what the change will ask of individuals, teams, and systems. Most importantly, we embed means for sustainable success, creating ways to identify issues before they become problems, pivot when needed, and learn fast to deliver smarter.

Teams are not built, they are continually building. Any change in members, mission, or conditions creates shifts in teaming. Team coaching embeds skills and encourages mind sets that allow for changing dynamics, innovation, mutual support, and creative tension. Building on recent research out of Google's Aristotle Project, we cultivate the team's and individual members' capacities to consider different perspectives, proactively ask good questions, own their part, and move past assumptions to grounded understanding of what is. Ultimately, the goal of our team coaching is to build teams that are self-correcting, and resilient. We know we've done our job when we are no longer needed!
